I'm Rosie!
Based in the North of England, working with creative businesses across the UK and worldwide.
I studied Textiles & Surface Design before starting my first creative business in 2014, illustrating, screen printing and making jewellery and embroidered accessories from my little home studio.
Running that business taught me far more than how to make beautiful things. It taught me branding, marketing, photography, websites, storytelling, customer experience and community. It also taught me about the less shiny side of running a business... the overwhelm, imposter syndrome and reality of wearing every single hat.
In 2020, craving more connection and wanting to use everything I'd learned to help other women in business, I moved into the world of digitally marketing, brand identity and web design.
I found myself wanting to spend more and more time designing, flexing those creative muscles, working to a brief and turning a jumble of ideas into something tangible. At the same time, I became fascinated by the strategy and psychology behind the brands we connect with and the websites that actually make us want to take action.
Now I get to bring those two worlds together: creativity and strategy, backed by a genuine understanding of what it feels like to build a business that's deeply personal to you.

Designer, nature enthusiast, lover of colourful things and firm believer that businesses should feel just as joyful as the people behind them.
When I’m not at my desk, you’ll usually find me wandering through the woods, growing vegetables and flowers, looking for insects, reading a book or at a gig listening to doom metal.
Nature has always been one of my greatest sources of inspiration - for colour, texture, pattern and the quiet reminder that growth takes time.
They’re trying to become the most themselves.
They’re building communities, creating joyful products, empowering women and sharing meaningful work with the world.
I know how vulnerable it feels to hand your business over to someone else.

I’ll never try to mould your business into the latest trend or strip away the personality that makes people love it.
